Sweet & Tangy Fruit Salad
- 1/2 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
- 1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Lite Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing
- 5 cups cut-up assorted fresh fruit, such as red grapes, melon, pineapple and strawberries Whole Foods 5 ea For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup JET-PUFFED FUNMALLOWS Miniature Marshmallows
- Place coconut in microwaveable pie plate or shallow dish.
- Microwave on HIGH 1 min.
- ; stir.
- Microwave 1 to 1-1/2 min.
- or until golden brown, stirring every 30 sec.
- Let stand until cool.
- Mix COOL WHIP and dressing in large bowl until blended.
- Add fruit and marshmallows; mix lightly.
- Stir in coconut.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 2 hours before serving.
