Sweet & Tangy Fruit Salad

  1. Place coconut in microwaveable pie plate or shallow dish.
  2. Microwave on HIGH 1 min.
  3. ; stir.
  4. Microwave 1 to 1-1/2 min.
  5. or until golden brown, stirring every 30 sec.
  6. Let stand until cool.
  7. Mix COOL WHIP and dressing in large bowl until blended.
  8. Add fruit and marshmallows; mix lightly.
  9. Stir in coconut.
  10. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 2 hours before serving.
