Chicken Fingers Recipe
- 4 whole boneless chicken breasts, cut in strips
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon sage
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- butter
- 6 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 env. Good Seasons Italian dressing
- Mix lemon juice with salt, pepper, sage, paprika and sufficient mayonnaise to make a thick marinade.
- Marinate chicken for several hrs.
- Meanwhile, combine bread crumbs with Good Seasons dressing.
- Coat chicken with bread crumb mix.
- Heat sufficient butter to cover bottom of a large dripping pan.
- Transfer chicken to pan and bake 30 min in 375 degree oven.
- Turn chicken after first 15 min.
