Chicken Fingers Recipe

  1. Mix lemon juice with salt, pepper, sage, paprika and sufficient mayonnaise to make a thick marinade.
  2. Marinate chicken for several hrs.
  3. Meanwhile, combine bread crumbs with Good Seasons dressing.
  4. Coat chicken with bread crumb mix.
  5. Heat sufficient butter to cover bottom of a large dripping pan.
  6. Transfer chicken to pan and bake 30 min in 375 degree oven.
  7. Turn chicken after first 15 min.
