Hahn's Veal Chops, Milan Style Recipe

  1. Lb.
  2. veal chops lightly.
  3. Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Spread on aluminum foil.
  5. Beat Large eggs with salt.
  6. Dip chops in beaten Large eggs, then coat with bread crumb mix.
  7. Press mix onto chops with palms of your hand.
  8. Let coated chops stand 10-15 min.
  9. Heat butter in skillet.
  10. When butter foams, add in chops.
  11. Cook over medium heat 7-8 min on each side till meat has golden crust.
  12. Drain on paper towels.
  13. Garnish with lemon slices.
  14. Makes 6 servings.
