Beef Steak Italian Style Recipe
- 3 lb Sirloin steak (1 - 1 1/4 inch thick)
- 1 can (20 ounce) whole tomatoes, undrained
- 1 tsp Dry oregano
- 1/2 tsp Dry parsley
- 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
- 1 sm Onion, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 4 slc Mozzarella cheese Salt and pepper to taste

- Place steak in a shallow, ungreased baking dish.
- Mash tomatoes with a fork and apread proportionately over steak.
- Sprinkle with oregano, parsley, garlic, onion, salt, pepper and oil.
- Bake uncovered in a 350 F oven for 1 hour.
- Top steak with cheese slices; bake 15 min longer or possibly till tender.
- Serves 6-8.
