My Giblet Gravy

• 10 tbsp Grease from Meat (or use part butter)
• 13 tbsp Plain Flour
• 2 cup Broth
• 1 cup Water
• 1 cup Evaporated Milk
• 1 Giblets from Meat
• 2 Boiled Eggs, Chopped

1. Mix together flour and grease until creamy and slightly browned.
2. Cool slightly and stir in liquids.
3. Bring to a boil stirring constantly until creamy.
4. Add eggs and giblets.
5. Serve over dressing or rice.
