My Giblet Gravy
- 10 tbsp Grease from Meat (or use part butter)
- 13 tbsp Plain Flour
- 2 cup Broth
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Evaporated Milk
- 1 Giblets from Meat
- 2 Boiled Eggs, Chopped
- Mix together flour and grease until creamy and slightly browned.
- Cool slightly and stir in liquids.
- Bring to a boil stirring constantly until creamy.
- Add eggs and giblets.
- Serve over dressing or rice.
