My Giblet Gravy

  1. Mix together flour and grease until creamy and slightly browned.
  2. Cool slightly and stir in liquids.
  3. Bring to a boil stirring constantly until creamy.
  4. Add eggs and giblets.
  5. Serve over dressing or rice.
