Bub's Salsa
- 3 garlic cloves
- 12 large white onion
- 12 bunch cilantro
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 (15 ounce) cansof roasted chopped tomatoes
- 2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 1 (8 ounce) can water
- 15 -20 dried red chile japones japanese chili peppers
- Roast the 15 to 20 chili peppers in a slightly oiled pan.
- Chop the onion and cilantro.
- Sautee the chopped onion in oil.
- Add all of the ingredients into a blender and puree.
