Chicken A La Mushroom(Good Served With Rice Pilaf And A Salad)
- 1 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
- 3 to 4 cooked chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. sherry (to taste)
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1 pkg. frozen onion rings
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- bread crumbs
- 3 slices American cheese
- 1 jar roasted peppers, sliced
- corn oil
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 1/2 lb. chicken tenders
- Cook chicken in oil with chopped garlic in a frying pan.
- When it is done, add to roasted peppers mixture.
