Peppered T-Bone Steaks

  1. In a small bowl, combine the steak sauce, thyme, pepper and cayenne.
  2. Sprinkle steaks on both sides with salt.
  3. Spoon about 2 teaspoons steak sauce mixture over one side of each steak.
  4. Place steaks, sauce side down, on grill.
  5. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 6 minutes.
  6. Brush steaks with remaining sauce and turn over.
  7. Grill steaks 4-6 minutes longer or until desired doneness.
