No-Bake Flip-Flop Cake
- 2 pkg. (12 oz. each) frozen pound cake, thawed
- 1-3/4 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- 4 licorice twists
- 1/2 cup JET-PUFFED FUNMALLOWS Miniature Marshmallows, cut in half
- Cut each cake to resemble flip-flop sandal.
- Discard cake trimmings or reserve for another use.
- Use serrated knife to cut cakes horizontally in half.
- Reassemble cakes, spreading thin layer of COOL WHIP between layers.
- Place on platter.
- Frost with remaining COOL WHIP.
- Cut each licorice twist into 6-inch length, making sharp diagonal cuts on each end.
- Arrange 2 licorice pieces on top of each cake to resemble flip-flop straps.
- Press cut-sides of marshmallows into COOL WHIP on sides of cakes.
- Keep refrigerated.
