Salmon Chowder

  1. In a saucepan, melt butter, saute onion, celery, pepper.
  2. Stir in flour, add chicken stock and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until reaching boiling point.
  3. Add sour cream, dill, pepper, accent, smoked salmon; heat 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Add parsley before serving.
  5. Bon Appetit!
