Salmon Chowder
- 1 -1 12 cup smoked salmon, chunked
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 12 cup chopped onion
- 14-12 cup sliced celery
- 12 cup chopped bell pepper (green, red or orange)
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 14 cups chicken stock
- 14 cup sour cream or 14 cup fat free sour cream
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill, minced or 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- 12 teaspoon Accent seasoning
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- salt
- In a saucepan, melt butter, saute onion, celery, pepper.
- Stir in flour, add chicken stock and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until reaching boiling point.
- Add sour cream, dill, pepper, accent, smoked salmon; heat 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add parsley before serving.
