Garlic Fettuccine Salad

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions for al dente; drain, rinse, and drain again and place in a large bowl.
  2. Cook corn while pasta water is heating; drain and set aside to cool.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic and mix well.
  4. Add rest of ingredients, including corn and stir.
  5. Add dressing to fettuccine and toss to coat.
  6. Chill.
