Michigan Corn Chowder Recipe

  1. Cook onion and bacon together, don't drain.
  2. Add in corn, tomatoes and salt.
  3. Simmer about 15 min, stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve warm after adding lowfat milk gradually.
  5. Don't allow to stick or possibly scorch.
  6. 4 large servings.
