Buffalo Hot Legs
- 8 whole Chicken Legs (or Bone-in, Chicken Thighs With The Skin On Or A Mix Of The Two)
- Cajun Seasoning To Taste (or Seasoning Of Choice)
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter (don't Use Margarine)--approx.
- 1/4 cups Frank's Red Hot Sauce (only Use Franks And Not A Hot Sauce Like Tabasco)--approx.
- Blue Cheese Dressing For Serving (I Like Lighthouse Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing)
- Heat grill or oven.
- Lightly season chicken with Cajun spice, getting some under the skin if desired.
- Grill on low, turning a few times, until done and juices run clear, about 25-30 minutes.
- Discard skin, if desired.
- They can also be baked in the oven.
- Mix melted butter and hot sauce.
- Pour mixture over chicken and stir to coat.
- Serve with blue cheese dressing.
