Ranch & Bacon Pasta Salad
- 2 cup dry pasta, shells (you can use whatever kind you like though)
- 8 oz can of young peas, drained (I just use thawed, frozen sweet peas)
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 packages Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
- 3 -4 baby carrots, shredded
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 bacon bits (real or imitation)
- Bring water to a rolling boil in a saucepan.
- Add shell pasta and carrot shreds.
- Boil, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
- Drain pasta and carrots, and rinse under cold water.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the peas, the ranch packet, bacon bits, onion powder, and mayo.
- Add pasta and carrots.
- Stir together until everything is coated.
- Chill and serve.
