Chicken With Spinach Pasta Recipe

• 1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
• 1/2 c. minced onion
• 1 clove garlic, chopped
• 1 boned chicken breasts
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon basil
• 2 med. tomatoes, chunked
• 8 ounce. cook spinach noodles

1. Saute/fry mushrooms and onions, garlic in 2 Tbsp.
2. of butter.
3. Add in sliced chicken breast and spices.
4. Cook till chicken almost cooked.
5. Add in tomatoes and cook till they soften and juice.
6. Serve over spinach, pasta and sprinkle with 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese.
7. Serves 4.
