Quick Chikuwa, Avocado, and Tomato Stir-fry

  1. Slice the avocado vertically and remove the pit.
  2. Chop into bite-size pieces.
  3. Cut the tomato into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Slice the chikuwa diagonally.
  5. Put olive oil in a pan, fry the chikuwa, then add the avocado, frying over medium-high heat.
  6. Add the tomatoes.
  7. Once heated through, add the mirin and soy sauce.
  8. Give it a quick fry and you're done.
  9. Serve with black pepper.
