Quick Chikuwa, Avocado, and Tomato Stir-fry
- 4 Chikuwa
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Tomato
- 1 1/2 tsp Mirin
- 1 1/2 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 Olive oil
- 1 Black pepper
- Slice the avocado vertically and remove the pit.
- Chop into bite-size pieces.
- Cut the tomato into bite-sized pieces.
- Slice the chikuwa diagonally.
- Put olive oil in a pan, fry the chikuwa, then add the avocado, frying over medium-high heat.
- Add the tomatoes.
- Once heated through, add the mirin and soy sauce.
- Give it a quick fry and you're done.
- Serve with black pepper.
