Potato Banana Cake Recipe

• 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
• 1 c. mashed ripe banana
• 1/4 c. potato flakes
• 3/4 c. buttermilk
• 1/4 c. orange juice
• 1/2 tbsp. orange peel
• 2 Large eggs
• 2 tbsp. oil

1. Combine all cake ingredients at low speed till moistened.
2. Beat 2 min at highest speed.
3. Pour batter into prepared pan; 13 x 9 inch greased and floured.
4. Bake 35 min at 350 degrees.
