Loramasaltata

  1. Boil potato until tender.
  2. Drain.
  3. Peel.
  4. Rice.
  5. Stir in the caviar.
  6. Blend oil in with a mixer until smooth.
  7. Stir in lemon juice, yogurt and onion.
  8. Season.
  9. Serve with pita.
