Creamy Granita

  1. Dissolve instant coffee and granulated sweetener in boiling water in large bowl.
  2. Add whipped topping; stir until well blended.
  3. Pour into 8-inch square pan.
  4. Freeze 4 hours or until firm.
  5. Draw fork repeatedly through frozen mixture just before serving.
  6. Spoon shavings evenly into 6 dessert dishes.
  7. Store leftover dessert in freezer.
