Fennel Spice Mix

• 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon ground fennel seeds
• Pinch of cayenne pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1 teaspoon coarse salt
• 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
