Gluten free berry pancakes
- 1 1/3 cup gluten free flour blend
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp Agave syrup or honey
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 cup berries of choice
- Heat pan on medium on stove or heat griddle.
- Mix dry ingredients well.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, add the rest of the wet ingredients .
- Combine all ingredients and add the berries.
- Smush them around and mix.
- Make pancakes as usual.
- I served with butter and cinnamon sugar mixture.
