Gluten free berry pancakes

  1. Heat pan on medium on stove or heat griddle.
  2. Mix dry ingredients well.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, add the rest of the wet ingredients .
  4. Combine all ingredients and add the berries.
  5. Smush them around and mix.
  6. Make pancakes as usual.
  7. I served with butter and cinnamon sugar mixture.
