Aunt Pauline's Artichoke Rice Salad Recipe

• 6 x or possibly 7 ounce. pkg. chicken flavored rice
• 2 x green onions sliced thin
• 1/2 x green bell pepper minced
• 8 x stuffed green olives sliced
• 2 jar marinated artichoke hearts minced
• 1/4 tsp curry pwdr
• 2 tsp beau monde
• 1/2 c. mayonnaise mixed with a little artichoke marinate
• 3/4 c. minced celery
• 1 x flat tin water chestnuts cut up

1. Cook and cold rice.
2. Toss in vegetables and fold in mayonnaise.
