Ranch Burgers

  1. Preheat grill on medium heat.
  2. For the dressing, in a small bowl add Greek yogurt and dressing seasoning and mix until combined.
  3. Place in the refrigerator until ready to use.
  4. In a bowl, add ground beef, egg, and dressing seasoning.
  5. Mix together until combined; I used my hands to mix it.
  6. Divide the ground beef mixture into 4 equal pieces and form into a patty.
  7. Place on grill and cook until done, about 5 minutes per side.
  8. Meanwhile, split your English muffins and place on the top part of the grill and cook until lightly toasted, about 1 minute.
  9. Place burger onto English muffin and top with dressing.
  10. (Optional toppings: sliced tomato and lettuce.)
  11. Serve immediately.
