Healthier Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 12 cup margarine
- 14 cup white sugar
- 14 cup brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 banana
- 1 cup white flour
- 12 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 90 g soy protein powder
- 14 cup ground flax seeds
- 2 14 cups oatmeal
- Mix wet ingredients and sugar, then add dry, except oatmeal.
- Add oatmeal last.
- Spoon onto baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 degree F for 10 minutes.
