Beef & Cheese Foldover

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Brown meat with onions in large nonstick skillet.
  3. Stir in corn, Cheez Whiz and ketchup; set aside.
  4. Add hot water to baking mix; stir until mixture forms dough.
  5. Shape into ball.
  6. Place on lightly floured surface; knead 5 times or until smooth and no longer sticky.
  7. Roll out to 12-inch circle; transfer to baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  8. Spoon meat mixture onto centre of dough; spread to within 2 inches of edge.
  9. Fold edge of dough over meat, leaving centre uncovered.
  10. Bake 20 min.
  11. Top filling with shredded cheese; bake 2 to 3 min.
  12. or until melted.
  13. Sprinkle with parsley.
