Lemongrass Tea

  1. Put a kettle of water on to boil.
  2. Put the lemongrass, ginger, and honey in a cup or mug.
  3. After the water comes to a rolling boil, pour the water in the cup.
  4. Cover with a saucer and let steep for 15 minutes.
  5. Strain, drink, and feel better.
