Fresh Balsamic Summer Salad

  1. In an 8" nonstick skillet, constantly stir walnuts and sugar over medium-low heat until sugar is melted and walnuts are coated, approximately 10 minutes.
  2. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and immediately spread pieces apart so that they are not touching.
  3. Let cool.
  4. In a large bowl, combine salad greens, tomatoes, strawberries, pepper and onion.
  5. Just before serving, prepare GOOD SEASONS Cruet Kit and GOOD SEASONS Balsamic Dressing & Recipe Mix with the balsamic vinegar, water and oil and pour dressing over salad.
  6. Toss salad gently to coat and top with candied walnuts and feta cheese, if desired.
