Sweet 'n' Tangy Pork Chops

  1. Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large nonstick skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray, brown chops for 3 minutes on each side over medium-high heat.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the beer or broth, ketchup and brown sugar.
  4. Pour over pork; bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 10-15 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 155 degrees F. Remove chops and keep warm.
  6. Simmer sauce until reduced.
  7. Serve pork chops with sauce spooned over the top.
