Ground Beef Barbecue
- 3 pounds beef lean, ground
- 1 each onions chopped
- 2 each garlic cloves, minced
- 5 each celery ribs, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon vinegar cider
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard prepared
- 1/4 cup sugar brown
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 3 1/2 cups ketchup
- Brown meat in slow cooker or skillet on top of range on medium heat.
- Remove excess grease.
- Transfer cooking pot to heating base or transfer meat to slow cooker.
- Add all remaining ingredients stirring well to blend.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
- Serve on buns or over hot dogs for chili dogs.
