Bruschetta Totchos
- 1 pkg. (32 oz.) ORE-IDA TATER TOTS
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 3/4 cup CLASSICO Traditional Basil Pesto Sauce and Spread, divided
- 2 cups slivered onions
- 1/2 cup roasted red pepper strips
- 1/4 cup sliced Kalamata olives
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- Heat oven to 425F.
- Bake TATER TOTS as directed on package.
- Meanwhile, combine mozzarella and 1/2 cup pesto; set aside.
- Cook onions in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 6 to 7 min.
- or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat.
- Add peppers and remaining pesto; mix well.
- Spread TATER TOTS onto ovenproof platter; top with mozzarella mixture.
- Bake 3 min.
- or until mozzarella is melted.
- Top with onion mixture, olives, Parmesan and basil.
