Meat Cheese Dip Recipe

• 1 pound grnd beef
• 1 pound warm bulk sausage
• 1 med. onion, minced
• 1/3 teaspoon garlic salt
• 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can golden brown mushroom soup
• 1 (10 ounce.) can Rotel chilies & tomatoes
• 2 lbs. Velveeta cheese
• Chips

1. Brown meat and onions; drain.
2. Add in garlic salt, Ro-tel and soup.
3. Add in cheese in small chunks.
4. Hot over low heat till cheese is melted.
5. Serve in a chafing dish.
6. Use chips for dipping.
