Pan-Seared Salmon with Warm Vegetable Medley

  1. Heat 1 Tbsp.
  2. oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add fish; cook 4 min.
  4. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork and is golden brown on both sides.
  5. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  6. Heat remaining oil in skillet.
  7. Add cabbage; cook and stir 1 min.
  8. Add beans; cook 2 min.
  9. or until heated through.
  10. Stir in spinach; cook 2 min.
  11. or just until wilted, stirring occasionally.
  12. Remove from heat.
  13. Stir in dressing and pepper.
  14. Spoon cabbage mixture onto serving plates; top with fish.
