Herb Roasted Potatoes with Honey Mustard

  1. Toss potatoes with oil.
  2. Season.
  3. Roast at 400 for approximately 40 minutes or until potatoes are caramelized and fork tender.
  4. Toss with honey mustard in a large mixing bowl.
  5. Variations; Tarragon, cheese, sea salt, shallots, horseradish, scallions, bell pepper, habanero, squash, sweet potatoes, vinegar, brown sugar, maple, applewood seasoning
