Canyon Ranch Fruit Gazpacho
- 12 cup diced pineapple
- 12 cup diced strawberry
- 1 cup sliced grapes
- 34 cup blueberries
- 1 cup apple juice
- 12 cup orange juice
- 14 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 orange, segmented
- In medium bowl, combine pineapple, strawberries, grapes and blueberries.
- Add juices and mix well.
- Cover bowl and refrigerate.
- To serve, spoon into bowls and garnish with pepper and orange segments.
