Salmon Cakes Recipe
- 1 (15 ounce.) can red salmon
- 1/2 sleeve or possibly approx. 15 Saltines
- 2 Large eggs
- Clean salmon, discarding all but the red salmon meat.
- Break up with fork.
- Crush crackers in plastic bag with rolling pine till they are fine.
- Add in to salmon.
- Beat Large eggs and add in to mix.
- Mix well.
- Form into patties.
- Fry in butter till brown.
