Potato and Vegetable Strata

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Layer potatoes, spinach and roasted peppers in bottom of 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Whisk milk and flour in medium bowl until blended.
  4. Stir in egg product, 1/2 cup cheese, basil and seasonings.
  5. Pour over vegetables in dish.
  6. Bake 40 to 45 min.
  7. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  8. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  9. Let stand 5 min.
