Potato and Vegetable Strata
- 2 cups ORE-IDA Country Style Hash Brown Potatoes
- 2 cups coarsely chopped fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup chopped roasted red peppers
- 1/3 cup fat-free evaporated milk
- 2 Tbsp. whole wheat flour
- 2 cups cholesterol-free egg product
- 1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, divided
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Layer potatoes, spinach and roasted peppers in bottom of 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Whisk milk and flour in medium bowl until blended.
- Stir in egg product, 1/2 cup cheese, basil and seasonings.
- Pour over vegetables in dish.
- Bake 40 to 45 min.
- or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Let stand 5 min.
