Easy Cheesy Chicken Pot Pie Recipe
- 1 chicken, boiled, boned and cut up into bite size
- 1 pkg. frzn vegetables
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- Layer chicken pcs in bottom of large casserole dish.
- Layer thawed vegetables over chicken.
- Mix soups with chicken broth and pour over other layers.
- Mix together melted butter, buttermilk, flour and cheese.
- Drop by spoonfuls over soup layer.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 min.
