Wiener Sausage and Vegetable Sweet Vinegar Stir-fry
- 1 packages Wiener sausages
- 1 Onion
- 2 big or 3 small Green pepper
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 Ginger, Garlic
- Finely chop the ginger and garlic, cut the sausages into thirds, finely slice the onions, and cut the green peppers into large bite-sized pieces.
- Mix the ingredients marked with .
- Add an appropriate amount of oil to the frying pan and cook the ginger and garlic at low heat.
- Once its aromatic add the onions and fry.
