Gourmet Supermarket-inspired Shrimp, Broccoli, and Egg Salad
- 1 Broccoli
- 10 Shrimp (medium sized)
- 5 Boiled eggs
- 40 grams Macaroni
- 10 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 8 tbsp Yogurt
- 1 tsp Magic Salt (seasoned salt)
- 2 tsp White pepper
- Cut the broccoli into bite size pieces, steam in a steamer (or microwave) for 4 minutes.
- Remove and let cool.
- Boil the macaroni noodles in salted (not listed) water to the time indicated on the package plus 1 minute.
- When soft, cool in chilled water.
- Boil the shrimp, and cut into thirds.
- Make hard-boiled eggs, and divide into sixths.
- Mix together the ingredients marked with .
- When the ingredients (expect dressing) have all cooled, mix together
- Arrange in a serving dish and dress immediately prior to eating.
