Gourmet Supermarket-inspired Shrimp, Broccoli, and Egg Salad

  1. Cut the broccoli into bite size pieces, steam in a steamer (or microwave) for 4 minutes.
  2. Remove and let cool.
  3. Boil the macaroni noodles in salted (not listed) water to the time indicated on the package plus 1 minute.
  4. When soft, cool in chilled water.
  5. Boil the shrimp, and cut into thirds.
  6. Make hard-boiled eggs, and divide into sixths.
  7. Mix together the ingredients marked with .
  8. When the ingredients (expect dressing) have all cooled, mix together
  9. Arrange in a serving dish and dress immediately prior to eating.
