Chicken and stuffing casserole

  1. Season chicken breast filets with salt and pepper.
  2. Dredge in flour.
  3. Brown on both sides in skillet on medium high heat in two tablespoons veggie oil.
  4. Cook stove top stuffing as directed on package.
  5. Add into a 9x13 greased pan.
  6. Place semi-cooked chicken on top of stuffing
  7. Pour cans of cream of mushroom on top of chicken and stuffing and place in preheated oven for 45 minutes.
  8. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
