Chicken and stuffing casserole
- 1 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 box Stouffers stove top chicken stuffing
- 2 can Cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup seasoned flour
- 2 tbsp veggie oil
- pinch salt and pepper to taste
- Season chicken breast filets with salt and pepper.
- Dredge in flour.
- Brown on both sides in skillet on medium high heat in two tablespoons veggie oil.
- Cook stove top stuffing as directed on package.
- Add into a 9x13 greased pan.
- Place semi-cooked chicken on top of stuffing
- Pour cans of cream of mushroom on top of chicken and stuffing and place in preheated oven for 45 minutes.
- Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
