Butterscotch Scrolls
- 1/2 cup KRAFT* Light Crunchy Peanut Spread
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 1/4 cups self-raising flour, sifted
- 1/4 cup caster sugar
- 30g butter
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup low-fat milk
- Combine peanut butter and honey in a small saucepan over low heat until smooth.
- Cool slightly.
- Place flour, sugar, butter and salt into a food processor and process until mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
- Add enough milk to form a sticky dough.
- Knead on a lightly floured board until smooth.
- Roll dough into a 17x30cm rectangle, spread with peanut mixture.
- Roll up from the long end, like a Swiss roll.
- Slice roll into 3cm slices and place on lined baking trays, cut side up.
- Bake in a moderately hot oven 200C for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
