Butterscotch Scrolls

  1. Combine peanut butter and honey in a small saucepan over low heat until smooth.
  2. Cool slightly.
  3. Place flour, sugar, butter and salt into a food processor and process until mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
  4. Add enough milk to form a sticky dough.
  5. Knead on a lightly floured board until smooth.
  6. Roll dough into a 17x30cm rectangle, spread with peanut mixture.
  7. Roll up from the long end, like a Swiss roll.
  8. Slice roll into 3cm slices and place on lined baking trays, cut side up.
  9. Bake in a moderately hot oven 200C for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
