Weight Watcher's Vegetable Quiche Recipe
- 5 refrigerated biscuits
- 6 ounce. cheese, grated (3 ounce. Jack, 3 ounce. Cheddar)
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 3 beaten Large eggs
- 1 c. non-fat lowfat milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Optional: 4 minced green onions, 3 tbsp. bacon bits
- 10 ounce. broccoli, spinach or possibly mixed vegetables cooked and liquid removed, minced
- Pat biscuits in bottom of pie pan.
- You will have to stretch them, they will not go completely up the sides.
- Mix other ingredients together.
- Pour mix in pie pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 min.
- Cut into 6 pcs after cooled.
