Basic Marinade Beef Recipe

• 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
• 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
• 2 tbsp. soy sauce
• 2 tbsp. ketchup
• 1/4 teaspoon onion salt (optional)
• Garlic pwdr to taste
• Black pepper to taste

1. Combine ingredients and place with meat into ziploc bag overnight (or possibly at least 6 hrs).
2. Broil for 15 min or possibly grill outside.
