Chocolate Chip Crumb Cake Recipe

  1. TOPPING: Combine 1 Tbsp.
  2. flour, 1/2 c. brown sugar, and 2 Tbsp.
  3. softened butter.
  4. Mix well in small bowl.
  5. CAKE: Combine 1/2 c. softened butter, 1 c. sugar, and 1 tsp.
  6. vanilla.
  7. Mix well, then add in 3 Large eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg.
  8. Gradually add in 2 c. flour with 1 tsp.
  9. baking pwdr, 1 tsp.
  10. baking soda, and 1/2 tsp.
  11. salt.
  12. Mix well and add in 1 c. lowfat sour cream.
  13. Mix and then mix in 1 1/2 c. miniature chocolate chips.
  14. Spread into greased 9x13 inch baking pan.
  15. Sprinkle topping proportionately over batter.
  16. Bake at 350 degrees about 40-45 min.
