Chocolate Chip Crumb Cake Recipe
- 2 c. plus 1 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
- 2 c. miniature chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. softened butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- TOPPING: Combine 1 Tbsp.
- flour, 1/2 c. brown sugar, and 2 Tbsp.
- softened butter.
- Mix well in small bowl.
- CAKE: Combine 1/2 c. softened butter, 1 c. sugar, and 1 tsp.
- vanilla.
- Mix well, then add in 3 Large eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg.
- Gradually add in 2 c. flour with 1 tsp.
- baking pwdr, 1 tsp.
- baking soda, and 1/2 tsp.
- salt.
- Mix well and add in 1 c. lowfat sour cream.
- Mix and then mix in 1 1/2 c. miniature chocolate chips.
- Spread into greased 9x13 inch baking pan.
- Sprinkle topping proportionately over batter.
- Bake at 350 degrees about 40-45 min.
