AMIEs PEAnut BUTter REINDeer Cookies
- 250 grams softened peanut butter
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 225 grams brown sugar
- 50 grams chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, or to taste
- 1 coloured chocolate beans
- 10 pretzels, broken in half
- Heat the oven to 180AsC (350AsF).
- Line 2 oven baking trays with baking paper.
- Combine the peanut butter and sugar in a mixing bowl until light and creamy.
- Add the egg and cinnamon and mix until well blended.
- Shape the mixture into small firm balls and place apart on the prepared baking trays.
- Flatten slightly and put the chocolate chips for the "eyes of the reindeer".
- Insert careully the halves pretzel for the "antlers" of the reindeer.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until done.
- Put the chocolate beans for the "noses".
- Let it cool.
- Serve, share and enjoy!
