Anchylus' Sweet Potato Pie Recipe

• 2 med sweet potatoes
• 1 c. Carnation Lowfat milk
• 1 c. sugar
• 1/2 c. margarine
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp flour
• 1/2 tsp nutmeg
• 1 x ready-made pie crust

1. Boil the potatoes till done; place in a mixing bowl.
2. Add in the other ingredients; blend well.
3. Pour into the piecrust.
4. Bake at 325 degrees till done.
