Seafood Marinara With Linguine Recipe

  1. In large kettle brown onions and garlic in extra virgin olive oil till soft.
  2. Add in mushrooms, cook till soft.
  3. Add in plum tomatoes, puree paste, wine and spices.
  4. Simmer 2 hrs in covered pan, stirring occasionally.
  5. 10 min before serving: In large deep skillet, heat butter, in it saute/fry all the fish for 5 min.
  6. Add in vermouth and boil the mix for 2 min.
  7. Throw away any unopened mussels.
  8. Add in seafood with liquid to tomato sauce.
  9. Simmer all for 1 minute.
  10. Serve over cooked linguine.
