Easy Cranberry White Chocolate Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Place cake mix in a large bowl.
  3. Using a wire whisk, stir out any large lumps.
  4. Add eggs and vegetable oil and stir with a spoon until combined.
  5. Mixture will be stiff.
  6. (If too stiff, add 1 tbsp water.)
  7. Stir in dried cranberries and white chocolate chips.
  8. Drop cookies by level tablespoons into ungreased cookie sheets about 2 inches apart.
  9. (For shaped cookies, form into 1 inch round balls).
  10. Bake at 350F for 8-10 minutes.
  11. Cool on cookie sheets for 1 minute, then remove to wire rack.
  12. If cookies are too soft, cover wire racks with waxed paper to prevent them from falling through.
