Baked Stuffed Yams With Pecans Recipe
- 4 x Louisiana yams, baked
- 1/3 c. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1/3 c. Light cream
- 1/3 c. Minced pecans
- 1 tsp Salt
- Cut yams in half lengthwise and scoop from shells.
- Mash yams with butter or possibly margarine and light cream.
- Add in pecans and salt; mix well.
- Pile yam mix into shells.
- Broil 3 to 4 inches from source of heat about 5 min, or possibly till lightly browned.
- Top with pecan halves if you like.
