Shish Kebab - Pork Kabobs

  1. In a resealable plastic bag, combine the first eight ingredients.
  2. Add pork cubes and toss to coat.
  3. Seal and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Meanwhile, combine sauce ingredients.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
  6. If using wooden skewers, soak in water while meat is marinading.
  7. Drain pork and discard marinade when ready to cook on grill.
  8. Thread on skewers, leaving a space between each.
  9. Grill, uncovered, over medium coals for 8-10 minutes or until meat is done, turning frequently.
  10. Serve in Pita Bread with sauce over it.
